Chrome OS

There’s been a lot of really interesting commentary on Google’s announcement over the last few days, and a good deal of it can be found either at or through Gizmodo. Google’s CEO has remarked that though he was initially opposed to Chrome, he caved in fast, and his eventual take on the browser and the Chrome OS struck a chord with me:

“They change the way you think about your computer.”

That’s why Chrome is so awesome — give it a chance, and it somehow makes everything different. I’m still amazed by it to this day, and I can’t wait to see what comes of the OS.
